What is Lagree Pulse?

Lagree Pulse is a high-intensity, low-impact workout on the next-generation MegaPro. Classes strengthen and tone slow-twitch and stabilizing muscles for better strength, flexibility, and endurance—without stressing your joints.

Who can take Lagree Pulse classes?

Everyone! Our workouts are designed for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. If you have back pain, joint issues, or a medical condition, we recommend starting with a private session for extra support.

How do I book?

Class sizes are small for personalized attention, so spots go fast! Book online up to 7 days in advance to secure your preferred time.

Do you offer different class levels?

Most classes are “All Levels.” Instructors guide you with options so you can safely push at your own pace.

Class times and instructors may change without notice. Please check the Lagree Pulse class schedule for the most up-to-date information.

How often should I come?

For best results, we recommend 2–3 classes per week, with rest days in between to recover and rebuild.

How do I cancel?

Log into your account → My Classes → select the pencil icon → Cancel Reservation. Need help? Email us anytime.

What if I miss or cancel late?

All classes—including complimentary ones—are subject to our no-show and late cancel policy. A missed class will result in a charge equal to a Single Class.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, join the waitlist with a credit or membership. If a spot opens more than 1 hour before class, you’ll be added automatically and notified by email. If you’re added within 12 hours of class time, late cancel rules still apply. After the 1-hour cutoff, open spots are first-come, first-served in person.
